_____________________________________________________________________________________________ Mr. Kohan was exceptionally helpful in negotiating between buyer and seller, and being on top of all aspects toward closing. He communicated between both parties all steps required, keeping lines of communication open between both sides. Mr. Kohan kept the ball rolling in getting the inspections and appraisal done in a timely fashion, working with the title company getting all the information in preparation for a smooth closing. Mr. Kohan did all this in an imperial manner trying to be neutral to both parties. I felt that my dealing with Mr. Kohan were honest and above-board at all times. Always took the extra step, accommodating with our schedule, willing to change his own schedule, having the knowledge base to get other people involved (inspection, cleaners, etc) in order to assess the property - even serve as a liaison after the closing; we were not just dropped.
